摘要 针对永定庄煤矿8103工作面强行破岩过F6断层时,破岩量大、设备故障率高、回采效率低等技术难题,提出采用俯斜回采工艺,并对俯斜段顶板实施“迈步式梯形锚索梁+柔性纤维网”联合支护技术。通过实际应用效果来看,采取俯斜回采工艺后,减少破岩量达2415 m^(3),提高了断层区煤柱回采量;采取联合支护技术后,控制了俯斜段顶板破碎下沉现象,取得了显著应用成效。 Aiming at the technical problems such as large rock breakage,high equipment failure rate and low recovery efficiency when forcing rock breakage across F6 fault at Yongdingzhuang coal mine 8103 working face,we propose to adopt the pitch-back mining process and implement the joint support technology of"step-type trapezoidal anchor beam+flexible fiber net"for the roof of the pitch-back section.Through the practical application effect,the amount of rock breakage is reduced by 2,415 m^(3) after adopting the pitch-back mining process,and the amount of coal column recovery in the fault zone is improved;after adopting the joint support technology,the broken and sinking phenomenon of the top plate of the pitch-back section is controlled,and significant application effect is achieved.
