摘要
针对晋能控股煤业集团挖金湾矿8102工作面所用大型液压支架存在安装效率低、耗时长的问题,提出了可通过先在地面进行液压支架的拆解,再进行拆分运输,最后再在井下进行液压支架组装的安装策略,并详细设计了液压支架的拆解运输及具体安装方案。应用该液压支架安装技术后,每日可装设8架液压支架,15 d可完成液压支架的拆解运输安装工作,相比于预计安装耗时缩短了6 d,该工作面所用大型液压支架实现了快速高效安装,可为类似工况下的液压支架安装工作提供参考。
In view of the problems of low installation efficiency and long installation time of large hydraulic brackets used in 8102 working face of Duijinwan Mine of Jinneng Coal Holding Group,the installation strategy of disassembling the hydraulic brackets on the ground first,then disassembling and transporting them,and finally assembling them underground is proposed.After applying this hydraulic bracket installation technology,8 hydraulic brackets can be installed per day and the disassembly and transportation of hydraulic brackets can be completed in 15 days,which is 6 days shorter than the expected installation time,and the large hydraulic brackets used in this working face can be installed quickly and efficiently,which can be used for the installation of hydraulic brackets under similar conditions.The large hydraulic bracket used in this working face was installed quickly and efficiently,which can provide reference for the installation of hydraulic bracket under similar working conditions.
