摘要
为了提高对球罐中液氨液位高度的监测精度和灵敏性,提出了一种新型雷达液位计,对雷达液位计的工作原理、安装技术要点、监控系统结构等进行了分析。通过采用傅里叶变换分析和联动控制的模式,实现了对液位的智能监测和调整。根据实际应用表明,新型雷达液位计监测方案能够将球罐内液氨液位的监测精度控制在±0.1 mm,将监测反应时间控制在0.2 s内,极大地提升了对球罐内液氨液位监测的精度和可靠性。
In order to improve the accuracy and sensitivity of monitoring the liquid ammonia level height in spherical tanks,a new type of radar level meter is proposed,and the working principle,installation technical points and monitoring system structure of the radar level meter are analyzed.By adopting the mode of Fourier transform analysis and linkage control,intelligent monitoring and adjustment of liquid level is achieved.According to the practical application,the new radar level meter monitoring scheme can control the monitoring accuracy of liquid ammonia level in the spherical tank within±0.1 mm and control the monitoring response time within 0.2 s,which greatly improves the accuracy and reliability of liquid ammonia level monitoring in the spherical tank.
