基于光伏消纳范围识别的配电台区理论线损计算 被引量:2

摘要 低压分布式光伏的大量接入对配电网潮流分布产生影响,使得传统的低压配电网线损计算方法不再适用。考虑低压配电网拓扑与参数未知的情况,提出了一种基于光伏消纳范围识别的配电台区线损计算方法,将有源配电台区拆分为多个无源配电台区分别进行线损计算。首先,通过电压降落分析法和光伏出力时刻相关系数法,将消纳范围划分转化为多约束条件下的线性规划问题;然后,利用遗传算法确定消纳用户,实现光伏消纳范围识别;最后,分别对多个无源配电台区进行线损计算。通过实际配电台区进行仿真分析,识别出消纳用户均分布在光伏用户周围且处于潮流下游,光伏消纳识别模型与潮流法得到的线损率平均绝对误差较小,验证了光伏消纳识别模型的准确性。 The integration of a large number of low-voltage distributed PV has an impact on the power flow distribution of the distribution network, which makes the traditional calculation method of line loss in low-voltage distribution network no longer applicable. Considering the unknown topology and parameters of the low-voltage station, this paper proposes a line loss calculation method of low-voltage transformer areas based on PV consumption range identification, which splits the active station area into several passive station areas for line loss calculation separately. Firstly, the study of consumption range is transformed into a linear planning problem under multiple constraints by combining the voltage drop analysis method and the PV power output moment correlation coefficient method. Then, the identification of PV consumption areas is achieved by using genetic algorithms to identify consumer users. Finally, line loss calculations are performed separately for multiple passive stations. Through the simulation analysis of the actual station area, it is found that the identified consumption users are distributed around the PV users and are downstream of the power flow, and the MAPE of the line loss rate calculated by applying the PV consumption identification model with the power flow method is small, which proves the accuracy of the PV consumption identification model.
