面向碳减排的光伏与燃机混合远海油气平台供电系统规划 被引量:1

摘要 远海油气平台普遍采用汽轮发电机供电方式,存在成本高、燃机效率低、碳排放高等问题。针对以上问题,采用光伏与燃机混合的方式给远海油田进行供电。考虑冬、夏两季光伏出力与负荷的典型运行场景,以年发电成本与碳排放成本总和最小、网损最低分别作为上层和下层目标函数,将光伏发电接入带来的安全性问题等作为约束条件,建立了光伏与燃机混合远海油气平台供电系统的双层规划模型,采用粒子群算法对下层规划模型进行求解,采用二进制遗传算法对上层规划模型进行求解。以我国某远海油田电力系统为算例进行仿真分析,结果表明采用光伏与燃机混合供电方式能够显著降低远海油气平台的年发电成本与碳排放量,具有较大的经济和环保效益。 Offshore oil and gas platforms generally adopt turbine generator power supply mode, which has problems such as high cost, low efficiency of gas turbine and high carbon emission. To solve the above problems, this paper adopts a hybrid method of photovoltaic and gas turbine to supply power to offshore oil fields. Considering the typical operation scenarios of PV output and load in winter and summer seasons, the minimum sum of annual power generation cost and carbon emission cost was taken as the upper objective function, the minimum network loss was taken as the lower objective function, and the security problems caused by the access of photovoltaic power generation were taken as the constraint conditions. A two-layer programming model of the power supply system of the offshore oil and gas platform mixed with photovoltaic and gas turbine was established. The particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the lower programming model, and the binary genetic algorithm is used to solve the upper programming model. Taking the electric power system of an offshore oil field as an example, the simulation analysis results show that adopting the hybrid power supply mode of photovoltaic and gas turbine can significantly reduce the annual power generation cost and carbon emissions of the offshore oil and gas platform, which has great economic and environmental benefits.
