摘要 为进一步提高调控运行人员对电网故障综合处置能力和效率,解决故障处置时效性差,故障影响无可视化展示等问题,亟须开发一套电网一体化故障处置辅助决策系统。借助调控云等原有的电网资源和技术平台开展电网一体化故障处置辅助决策系统的开发及应用研究,通过综合接入电网故障处置不同子系统的资源,实现故障智能研判和事件化处理、综合信息可视化展示等辅助决策功能,可供调控人员一键式快速访问故障处置所需要信息,提升故障处置效率,保障电网安全稳定可靠运行。 In order to further improve the comprehensive disposal ability and efficiency of power grid faults by regulation and operation personnel, and solve the problems of poor timeliness of fault handling and no visual display of fault impact,it is urgent to develop a set of power grid integrated fault disposal auxiliary decision-making system. With the help of the original power grid resources and technology platforms such as the regulation cloud, this paper carries out the development and Application Research of the power grid integrated fault disposal auxiliary decision-making system. Through the comprehensive access to the resources of different subsystems of power grid fault disposal, this paper realizes the auxiliary decision-making functions such as fault intelligent research and judgment, event processing and comprehensive information visual display, which can provide regulators with one click quick access to the information required for fault disposal and improve the efficiency of fault disposal, Ensure the safe, stable and reliable operation of the power grid.
