摘要
铁路货运客户的增长使得客户信息量庞大。为了有效运用企业信息开展智能分析,稳定和拓展铁路运输货源,文章设计了货运电子地图分析系统。使用基于本体的方式对企业客户所属行业、经营品类、经纬度等信息进行采集、建档,并融合铁路货运专有系统的数据形成企业信息库;基于ECharts将企业信息通过电子地图的方式直观展示,有利于营销人员开展网格化营销,挖掘潜在客户。该系统已在中国铁路济南局集团有限公司成功应用,有效提升了货运营销客户数量及铁路运量,可为实现智慧营销提供参考。
The growth of railway freight customers makes the amount of customer information huge.In order to effectively use enterprise information to carry out intelligent analysis,stabilize and expand the source of railway transport goods,this paper designed a railway freight electronic map analysis system.The paper used the ontology-based method to collect and file the industry,business category,longitude and latitude and other information of enterprise customers,and integrated the data of the railway freight proprietary system to form the enterprise information database,based on ECharts,visually displayed the enterprise information through electronic map,which was conducive to marketing personnel to carry out grid marketing and explore potential customers.The system has been successfully applied in China Railway Jinan Group Co.Ltd.,effectively improved the number of freight marketing customers and railway traffic volume,which can provide reference for the realization of smart marketing.
