以世界农化网2022年的新闻报道为主,介绍了全球一些国家和地区在农药管理方面出台的一些重要新政策或新措施。美国是2022年出台新政策和新措施最多的国家,最重要的一项新政策是从2022年1月22日开始,美国EPA在评估和登记新的农药活性成分时加强执行对《濒危物种法》的遵守,而且还将此项政策延伸到生物农药活性成分的审批上。巴西出台的农药监管新政策数量次之,提出了一项授权巴西农村生产者从南方共同市场购买农药产品而无需再在巴西登记的法案。印度出台新政数量也较多,一个重要的政策是决定在今后的农药制剂登记之前必须首先取得制剂所含的有效成分的原药的登记。此外,还有柬埔寨、斯里兰卡、英国、欧盟等国家和地区在农药管理方面的新政策或措施。

Based on the news reports of AGROPAGES in 2022,new policies and measures of pesticide management in some countries and regions around the world were reviewed.The United States was the country that introduced the most new policies and measures in 2022.The most important new policy,effective from January 22,2022,strengthens the EPA’s enforcement of the Endangered Species Act(ESA)when evaluating and approving new conventional chemical active ingredients of pesticides,and intends to extend this policy to the approval of new active ingredients of biopesticides.Brazil also introduced many new policies and measures,in which a bill that would empower rural Brazilian producers to buy pesticide products from Mercosur without having to register them in Brazil.In India,an important policy was proposed to require compulsory registration of the technical active ingredient contained in the pesticide formulation before approval of the formulation registration.In addition,new policies and measures of pesticide management in Cambodia,Sri Lanka,the United Kingdom,the European Union and other countries and regions were summarized in this paper.
