摘要 研究开发了40%氟啶虫酰胺·螺虫乙酯悬浮剂配方。采用单因素实验筛选润湿分散剂、稳定剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂等助剂,在优选配方条件下考察磨珠粒径对生产效率的影响。优化配方质量百分比为氟啶虫酰胺16%、螺虫乙酯24%、Tersperse 25003%、YUS-FS30001%、丙三醇3%、硅酸镁铝1%、黄原胶0.1%、乙酸0.5%、Tanaform S 0.8%、GXL 0.1%,去离子水补足100%;磨珠粒径为1.0 mm,研磨时间为20 min。制备的悬浮剂热储稳定,无粒径增大现象,各项指标均符合标准要求。 The study has developed the formulation of flonicamid·spirotetramat SC 40%.The effects of wetting and dispersing agent,stabilizer,thickener,antifreeze and defoamer on the preparation were investigated by single-factor experiment,and the effect of grinding bead particle size on production efficiency was investigated under the optimal formulation conditions.The optimal formula quality percentages were flonicamid 16%,spirotetramat 24%,Tersperse 25003%,YUS-FS30001%,glycerol 3%,magnesium aluminum silicate 1%,xanthan gum 0.1%,acetic acid 0.5%,Tanaform S0.8%,GXL 0.1%,deionized water supplement 100%.The particle size of the grinding beads is 1.0 mm,and the grinding time is 20 min.The prepared suspension agent has stable heat storage,no particle size increase phenomenon,and all indicators meet the standard requirements.
