不同消毒频次对医院电梯按钮消毒效果比较

Comparison of disinfection effects of different disinfection frequencies on elevator buttons in a hospital

目的观察不同消毒频次对医院电梯按钮的消毒效果。方法采用现场采样和细菌定量培养的方法,对不同消毒频次消毒医院电梯按钮的效果进行观察。结果采用体积分数15%异丙醇与2500 mg/L复合季铵盐消毒湿巾对电梯按钮擦拭消毒。对照组所有电梯每日消毒2次,试验组将患者电梯消毒频次调整至3~4次。患者电梯消毒后4~6 h菌落数低于消毒前和消毒后8 h。试验组消毒前电梯按钮合格率高于对照组,平均菌落数低于对照组。结论患者电梯按钮污染程度较高,每日消毒3~4次,有利于降低交叉感染风险。

Objective To observe the disinfection effect of different disinfection frequencies on elevator buttons in a hospital.Methods Using the methods of in situ sampling and quantitative bacterial culture,the disinfection effect of different disinfection frequencies on elevator buttons in a hospital was observed.Results The elevator buttons were wiped and disinfected with 15%isopropyl alcohol and disinfection wipes of 2500 mg/L compound quaternary ammonium salt.All elevators in the control group were disinfected twice a day,and patient’s elevators in the experimental group were disinfected 3 to 4 times.The number of bacteria in patient’s elevators 4 to 6 h after disinfection was lower than that before disinfection and 8 h after disinfection(P<0.05).Before disinfection,the qualified rate of elevator buttons in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the average number of bacteria was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The degree of contamination of patient’s elevator buttons are high,and disinfection 3 to 4 times a day is beneficial to reduce the risk of cross infection.
