从音乐疗法的作用机制、特点、在ICU操作性疼痛中的应用方法及效果进行综述,并提出完善音乐疗法的应用标准、促进音乐疗法的专业化实施、优化操作性疼痛的评价指标的建议,旨在给临床护理工作以实际的指导,从而提高ICU护士运用音乐缓解患者操作性疼痛的知识和技巧。

This paper reviewed the mechanism,characteristics,application methods and effects of music therapy in ICU operational pain,and put forward suggestions to improve the application standards of music therapy,promote the professional implementation of music therapy,and optimize the evaluation indicators of operational pain,aiming to give practical guidance to clinical nursing work,so as to improve the knowledge and skills of ICU nurses to use music to intervene in patients'operational pain.
