农村老年慢性病患者的疾病感知现状及影响因素研究

Study on disease perception and influencing factors of rural elderly patients with chronic diseases

目的了解农村老年慢性病患者的疾病感知现状并分析其影响因素,为完善农村慢性病患者疾病相关知识及生活方式教育提供参考依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、简易疾病感知问卷对河南省鹤壁市淇县下辖村庄的352例老年慢性病患者进行调查。结果352例农村老年慢性病患者的疾病自我感知总分为(42.33±6.93)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,病程和患慢性病数是影响农村老年慢性病患者疾病感知的主要因素(P<0.01)。结论我国农村老年慢性病患者的疾病感知状况亟待改善,尤其对于病程短及患慢性病数量多的患者,建议充分利用网络平台,采取多种方式对老年慢性病患者进行疾病相关知识及生活方式的指导,以减轻患者对疾病的负性认知。

Objective To investigate the status quo of disease perception of rural elderly patients with chronic diseases and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for improving disease-related knowledge and lifestyle education services for rural elderly pa⁃tients with chronic diseases.Methods A total of 352 rural elderly with chronic diseases in Qi County,Hebi City,He'nan Province were in⁃vestigated by general information questionnaire and Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire.Results The total score of disease perception of 352 rural elderly patients with chronic diseases was(42.33±6.93).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that course of the disease and types of chronic diseases were the main influencing factors of disease perception in rural elderly patients with chronic diseases(P<0.01).Conclusion The disease perception of elderly patients with chronic diseases in rural China needs to be improved urgently,especially for pa⁃tients with short course of disease and various types of diseases.It is suggested to make full use of the network platform and take various ways to guide the disease-related knowledge and lifestyle of elderly patients with chronic diseases in order to reduce their negative cognition of the disease.
