摘要
学习品质能为儿童后继学习与终身发展奠定良好素质基础。本研究按照选择典型文本、建立分析框架、进行并置比对、展开穿梭比较、讨论与思考的研究路线,运用MAXQDA分析软件对12份国际文本进行比较研究。研究发现,学前儿童学习品质包括“学习动机”与“学习行为”2个基本维度,分别指向儿童发起和维持学习状态时的倾向性态度和沉浸式行为,涵盖“好奇心”“兴趣性”“主动性”“计划性”“探究性”“坚持性”“灵活性”“合作性”“创造性”“反思性”10个核心要素及其26个细化指标,共同反映儿童由内部因素驱动而表现出的系列外部行为。基于以上研究发现,提出重视积极学习品质的早期涵养,支持儿童学会学习与持续学习;重视培养学习动机,引发和维持儿童持续学习的内驱力与表现力;重视涵养良好学习习惯,形成行为结果与动因之间的良性循环圈。
Approaches to learning can lay a good quality foundation for children’s subsequent learning and life-long development. This study is based on attributional research. According to the research route of selecting typical texts, establishing an analysis framework, conducting juxtaposition comparison, conducting shuttle comparison, discussion and thinking, this study uses MAXQDA analysis software to conduct a comparative study of 12 international texts. The study found that approaches to learning includes two basic dimensions, “learning motivation” and “learning behavior”, which point to children’s tendentious attitudes and immersive behaviors when they initiate and maintain a learning state, covering“curiosity”“interest”“initiative”“planning”“exploratory”“persistence”“flexible”“collaboration”“creativity”“reflection ”and their 26 indicators together reflect the external behaviors driven by internal factors. Based on the above research results, it is proposed to attach importance to the early cultivation of approaches to learning, and support children to learn to learn and continue to learn;Pay attention to the cultivation of learning motivation, and initiate and maintain the internal drive and expression of children’s continuous learning;Attach importance to cultivating good learning habits, and form a virtuous circle between behavior results and motivation.
