在“健康中国”的大背景下,培养综合素质较高的康复专业人才能从根本上促进运动康复专业的发展。运动康复专业属于应用型专业,培养的人才需要有较强的动手操作能力,创建康复工作室可以提高学生的创新创业能力和学以致用的能力,提高学生适应社会、进入职业角色的能力,从而拓宽学生的职业轨迹,增强学生就业竞争素质,为践行大健康国策和满足社会需求培养具备综合能力的优秀康复人才。
