思政课教师是我国高校教师队伍中的重要组成部分,也是高校思想政治教育和意识形态工作的主要力量,肩负着传播马克思主义理论、引领大学生树立理想信念、培养优秀人才的艰巨任务。高校思政课教师队伍建设决定了思想政治教育的成效。因此,以高校思政课教师队伍为研究主体,强化高校思政课教师队伍建设是做好思想政治教育工作的必然要求。本文探究在新时代背景下高校思政课教师队伍建设中存在的不足之处,并在此基础上,有针对性地提出了解决问题行之有效的对策。

Ideological and political teachers are an important part of the teaching staff of universities in China,and also the main force of Ideological and political education and ideological work in universities. They shoulder the arduous task of disseminating Marxist theory, guiding college students to establish ideals and beliefs, and cultivating excellent talents. The construction of ideological and political teachers determines the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Therefore, it is an inevitable requirement to strengthen the construction of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities by taking the ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities as the main body of research. In the context of the new era, the article explores the shortcomings in the construction of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities, and on this basis,puts forward targeted and effective countermeasures to solve the problems.
