梨种质资源是梨产业持续发展的物质基础,其收集后保存的好坏与采用的嫁接技术相关。对梨种质资源保存现状的介绍和保存对象、要求、面临困难进行了分析,总结了单芽切腹接技术在梨种质资源保存中的应用模式、应用技术、实践成效、优势和注意事项等,以期为西北地区梨种质资源高效保存和单芽切腹接技术的应用提供参考。

Pear germplasm resources are the material basis for the sustainable development of pear industry,and their preservation after collection is related to the grafting technology used.Through the introduction of the conservation status of pear germplasm resources and the analysis of conservation objects,requirements and difficulties,the application mode summary,application technology introduction,practical effect evaluation,advantages and precautions analysis of single bud ventral grafting technology in pear germplasm resources conservation were summarized,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the efficient preservation of pear germplasm resources and the application of single bud ventral grafting technology in Northwest China.
