农业科技现代化是农业现代化重要组成部分,全面概况总结其内涵、外延及存在的问题至关重要。文章阐述了农业科技现代化的标志、特征及外延,分析了影响农业科技现代化进程的主要因素,如产学研深度融合还不够、高质量科技成果对现代农业发展支撑力不足、农业科技组织化和规模化程度依然较低等,并从加强顶层设计与加大财政支持力度同步推进、推动产学研深度融合、建立多元化的农业科技投入机制、提高农业对外开放质量等方面提出了加快农业科技现代化发展进程的对策和建议。

The modernization of agricultural science and technology is an important part of agricultural modernization, and a comprehensive overview of its connotations, extensions and problems is essential. The article explained the hallmarks, characteristics and extensions of agricultural science and technology modernization, analyzed the main factors affecting the process of agricultural science and technology modernization, such as the insufficient in-depth combination of industry, academia and R&D institutions, the limited support of high-quality scientific and technological achievements for modern agricultural development, and a relatively low level of organization and scale of agricultural science and technology, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the development process of agricultural science and technology modernization in terms of strengthening top-level design and increasing financial support, promoting the in-depth combination of industry, academia and R&D institutions, establishing a multi-dimensional agricultural science and technology investment mechanism, and improving the quality of agricultural opening to abroad.
