农业科研院所知识产权运营能力提升探索与实践——以江苏省农业科学院为例

Exploration and Practice of Improving Intellectual Property Operation Ability of Agricultural Research Institutes,Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

高水平知识产权运营对科技成果转化具有重要作用。科研院所是知识产权创造产出的主要单位,提高其知识产权转化运营能力必将促进科技成果转化率进一步提高。文章总结了江苏省农业科学院近年来知识产权运营方面的主要做法,分析了存在的短板和不足,提出了建设知识产权运营中心、提升知识产权管理能力、提升科技成果质量和商业化价值等对策,以期为农业科研院所知识产权运营能力提升提供参考。

High level of intellectual property operational capacity is of great significance for transformation of science and technology achievements. Research institutes are main applicant and owners of intellectual property. Boost of intellectual property operational capability will further improve transformation ratio of science and technology achievements. The practices of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences in intellectual property operation in recent years were summarized and the deficiencies analyzed in the paper. Suggestions about the establishment of intellectual property operation center, the improvement of its management system and the increase of its commercial value were proposed. This study provides reference for the improvement of intellectual property operational capacities for agricultural research institutes.
