生猪产业全产业链发展PEST分析——以江苏省为例

PEST Analysis of the Development of the Whole Industrial Chain of Hog Industry,Taking Jiangsu Province as an Example

文章基于PEST分析法,从政治、经济、社会和技术角度,深入剖析江苏省生猪产业的发展现状及外部影响因素,分析表明:江苏省生猪产业政策支持力度较大、猪肉需求长期稳定、居民消费能力强、养殖技术革新快。在此基础上,从加大政策扶持力度、提高规模化养殖水平、推动疫病联防联控技术体系构建、加快农业科技人才培育等方面提出了促进江苏省生猪产业全产业链发展的对策建议,以促进江苏省生猪产业持续、健康发展。

Based on the PEST analysis method, this article deeply analyzed the development status and external factors of the hog industry in Jiangsu Province from political, economic, social, and technical perspectives. The analysis showed that the policy support for the hog industry was stable and powerful in Jiangsu, the demand for pork was stable for a long time, the consumption capacity of residents was strong,and the innovation of breeding technology was fast. On this basis, from the aspects of strengthening policy support, improving the level of large-scale breeding, promoting the construction of a technical system for joint prevention and control of epidemic diseases, and accelerating the cultivation of agricultural science and technology talents, suggestions were put forward, to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the hog industry in Jiangsu Province.
