江苏省楼房养猪模式调研与发展分析

Investigation and Development Analysis of Multi-Storey Pig Feeding Pattern in Jiangsu Province

楼房养猪是在破解经济发达地区土地资源紧缺、稳产保供任务重等问题的新形势下迅速发展起来的一种养猪模式。文章采用问卷访谈与实地走访相结合的方式,开展了江苏省内10个县区的楼房猪场调研,分别从养殖类型、猪群转移、饲料输送等饲养工艺,通风、温湿度等环境控制,以及臭气处理、生物安全管理、粪便管理等方面总结了省内楼房养猪的主要模式,从建筑结构与工艺、建材选择、养殖工艺、成本收益等方面分析了存在的共性问题,并从集智攻关、科学评估两个方面对楼房养猪未来的发展布局提出了相关建议。

Multi-storey pig feeding pattern was a new feeding pattern rapidly developed under the situation of solving the storage of land resources in economically developed areas and heavy task of production and supply. A survey of multi-storey pig feeding farms was conducted in 10 districts of Jiangsu Province by questionnaire interviews and field visits. The main patterns of multi-storey feeding farms were summarized from different dimensions, feeding technologies such as feeding type, transfer of pigs, feed delivery, adjustment mode of ventilation, temperature,humidity and other environment factors, methods of odor management, management of biosafety and manure. The common problems were proposed concerned structure of building, materials, feed technology and cost-benefit. Some suggestion was put forward, i.e., further development and distribution of multi-storey pig feeding in the future would be considered by tackling the key problems with gather wisdom and scientific evaluation.
