OBE理念视域下的高校课程思政“生态渠”建设论析

On the construction of "ecological canal" for college curricular ideological and political education from the perspective of OBE concept

课程思政是加强高校思想政治建设、形成“全课程育人”的重要战略阵地。而如何实现课程思政由“样板房”到“新常态”的转变,是其中一个重点课题。在课程思政整体建构格局中,并不是简单的课程+思政,要依据“输出目标”“教师主体”“评估尺度”三维结构,设定可量化可操作可达成的生态模式,助力知识传授、能力培养、价值塑造一范式发展,实现专业课程和思政课程育人耦合同行,“有畏”更“有为”,为高校课程思政“导航”“定向”“固本”“强基”。实践证明,以成果为导向设计教学模式,打开了以课程思政为抓手、以高校全员育人为手段、实现“立德树人”根本目标的新思路。

Curricular ideological and political education is an important strategic position to strengthen the ideological and political construction of colleges and universities and form the"whole curriculum education",and how to realize the transformation from"model room"to"new normal"is one of the key topics.In the overall construction pattern of ideological and political curriculum,it is not a simple combination of curriculum and ideology,but a three-dimensional structure according to"Output Target""Teacher Subject"and"Evaluation Scale"to set a quantifiable,operable and achievable ecological model,realize the coupling of professional courses and ideological and political courses,and''navigation",''orientation''"solid foundation"and"strong foundation"for ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.The results-oriented teaching mode has operated a new way to realize the fundamental goal of"building morality and cultivating people"by taking the ideological and political courses as the starting point.
