摘要
为解决煤制天然气工艺过程中多效蒸发产生的盐泥的出路及利用问题,研究了盐泥入气化炉掺烧的可行性。采用干混法,将盐泥与块煤以0.3:100的质量比掺混入炉燃烧的试验。一周的试验结果表明,将盐泥均匀掺入气化炉内,变换入口合成气中甲烷体积分数提高了1个百分点以上,初步推断盐泥对气化炉内的甲烷化反应有催化作用;通过对渣水、煤气水、酚氨回收、污水处理系统相关指标分析,推断盐泥中的大部分盐以熔融态进入渣池系统,小部分盐可能随粗煤气带出,并随煤气水进入后续水系统。
In order to utilize the salt sludge produced by multi-effect evaporation in coal-to-SNG process,the feasibility of mixing salt sludge into gasifier for blended combustion was studied.The dry mixing method was adopted in the test.The salt sludge and lump coal were mixed into the furnace at a mass ratio of 0.3:100.One-week test results showed that the volume fraction of methane in the shift inlet syngas increased by more than 1 percentage point when the salt sludge was uniformly mixed into the gasifier,and it was preliminarily inferred that the salt sludge had catalytic action on the methanation reaction in the gasifier.Through the analysis of relevant indicators of slag water,gas liquor,phenol and ammonia recovery and sewage treatment,it was concluded that most of the salt in the salt sludge entered the slag tank system in the molten state,while a small part of the salt might be carried out with the crude gas and entered the subsequent water system with the gas liquor.
