摘要 分析了我国能源结构和能源安全的紧迫性、实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的关键点及新能源(绿氢)发展的趋势和必要性。简述并对比了几种常规制氢技术以及新能源制氢技术的优势和不足。基于对某400万t/a煤制油工艺路线的分析,核算了将不同量绿氢补入费托合成反应器的PSA装置氢气产品中的经济效益,分析表明技术可行,虽然当前绿氢价格下无经济效益,但有利于装置稳定运行和碳减排。 The urgency of energy structure and energy security in China,the key points to achieve the goal of“carbon peak and neutrality”and the trend and necessity of the development of new energy(green hydrogen)were analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of several conventional hydrogen production technologies and new energy hydrogen production technologies were reviewed and compared.Based on the analysis of a 4 million t/a coal-to-oil process route,the economic benefits of adding different amounts of green hydrogen into the hydrogen product of PSA unit for F-T reactor were calculated.The analysis showed that the technology was feasible,although there was no economic benefit under the current green hydrogen price,yet it was conducive to stable operation of the plant and carbon emission reduction.
