摘要
针对焦煤性能评价指标的不足,提出了一种基于主成分分析与层次分析耦合的焦煤单项性能与综合性能的评价方法。该方法综合考虑了焦煤的工艺性能指标与化学成分指标,研究了体现焦煤性能差异的关键特性指标与焦煤不同指标的相关性关系。主成分分析结果可知:14项工艺性能指标可提取热态性能、结焦性能、黏结性能3个主成分指标,并得出24种焦煤这3种性能的分值;层次分析结果可知:该方法可对焦煤的热态性能、结焦性能、黏结性能、硫分性能、灰分性能5个单项性能指标进行科学权重赋值,并得出客观、量化的综合性能分值。
In view of the insufficient performance evaluation indicators of coking coal,an evaluation method of single and comprehensive performance of coking coal based on the coupling of principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was proposed.In this method,the technological performance indicators and chemical composition indicators of coking coal were considered comprehensively,and the key characteristic indicators reflecting the difference of coking coal performance and the correlation of different indicators of coking coal were studied.According to the results of principal component analysis,three principal component indicators(thermal property,coking property and bonding property)could be extracted from the 14 process property indicators,and the scores of these three properties of 24 types of coking coal could be obtained.According to the AHP results,this method could be used to assign scientific weights to five single performance indicators of coking coal,namely,thermal performance,coking performance,bonding performance,sulfur performance and ash performance,and the objective and quantitative comprehensive performance scores were obtained.
