摘要
针对某化工厂德士古气化炉激冷室出现裂纹的问题,经过金相组织检验、裂纹的分布情况、堆焊层的材质等分析,发现是气化炉内工艺介质中Cl-严重超标所致。根据裂纹深度不大于1 mm、1 mm~3 mm、大于3 mm等情况,详细介绍了相应的裂纹修复的现场作业质量控制及具体施工方案;裂纹修复1年后定检时,通过了根据相关标准进行的验收,装置运行情况良好。最后,从Cl-浓度控制、合理选材、优化设计等方面提出了相应的控制及改进措施。
Aiming at the problem of cracks in the quenching chamber of the Texaco gasifier,after the metallographic structure inspection and analyzing the crack distribution and the material of the surfacing layer,it was believed that the main cause of the cracks was Cl-in the process medium of the furnace seriously exceeding the limit.Based on different situations that the crack depth was not greater than 1 mm,between 1 mm-3 mm,and greater than 3 mm,the corresponding crack repair site operation quality control and specific construction plan were introduced in detail;one year after the crack repair,it passed the periodical test according to the relevant standards,and the unit was in good operation condition.Finally,the corresponding control and improvement measures were put forward from the aspects of Cl-concentration control,rational material selection,optimal design,etc.
