摘要
中小学教师资格考试在全国试点实施十年以来,成为社会瞩目的国考项目,其中面试质量是考试质量保障体系的重要内容。随着考生人数的大幅增加,面试考官管理问题凸显。以部分省市两级考官管理为例,对管理过程中出现的考官聘任、考官质量、培训质量、评价监管等问题进行研究,从加强统筹管理、优化管理流程、提升培训实效、强化考核激励等方面提出对策。
Since the pilot implementation ten years ago,the primary and secondary school teacher certification examination has attracted huge amount of public’s attention. And the quality of the interview section is a critical part of the test quality assurance system. With the large increase in the number of examinees,the problem of managing the interviewers is highlighted. Taking the two-level examiner management utilized by some provinces as an example,the author analyzes the problems of examiner appointment,examiner quality,training quality,evaluation and supervision in the management process,and proposes countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening overall management,optimizing management process,improving training effectiveness and strengthening assessment and incentives.
