新文科建设的提出为人文社会科学的发展开辟了新的发展道路,同时也推动了相关学科和专业建设的发展。“公安管理学”作为一级学科“公安学”下设的二级学科,也属于新文科建设的一部分。在新文科建设背景下,公安管理学教育应当立足公安工作的现实需求,深化人才培养目标;把握学科的交叉特性和价值特征,转变人才培养理念;创新实战化教学,优化人才培养模式;积极探索既体现管理学教育本色,又凸显公安职业特色的人才培养路径。

The proposal of the new liberal arts construction has paved a new path for the development of humanities and social science,and has also promoted the development of related disciplines and professional construction."Public Security Management",as a sub-discipline of"Public Security Science",is also a part of new liberal arts.Under the background of the construction of new liberal arts,the education of Public Security Management should be based on the actual needs of public security work and deepen the goal of talent cultivation.The characteristics of interdiscipline and value should be grasped.The concept of talent cultivation should be changed.Practical teaching should be innovated and talent cultivation mode should be optimized.Talent cultivation paths should be actively explored,not only reflecting the true color of management education,but also highlighting the characteristics of public security professions.
