摘要
通过改善冶炼因素,提高转炉终点C,控制Al加入量与加入时机,稳定RH真空时间与高真空,保证软吹时间,提高连铸操作精确度。通过优化非冶炼因素,提高气体样表面光洁度与设备检测精度,氧含量整体标准差由2021年的3.2×10^(-6)降低至1.6×10^(-6),氧含量平均值为6.6×10^(-6),较2021年以前降低3.3×10^(-6),同时氧含量≤8×10^(-6)的占比80.8%,较2021年提高27.6%,攻关效果明显。
By improving smelting factors,increasing converter end point C,controlling Al addition amount and time,stabilizing RH vacuum time and high vacuum,ensuring soft blowing time,and improving continuous casting operation accuracy,optimizing the non smelting factors,improving the surface finish of gas samples and equipment detection accuracy,reducing the overall standard deviation of oxygen content from 3.2 ppm in 2021 to 1.6×10^(-6),the average oxygen content is 6.6×10^(-6),3.3 ppm lower than that before 2021.At the same time,the oxygen content is≤8×10^(-6),accounting for 80.8%,27.6%higher than that in 2021.The research effect is obvious.
