摘要
通过树脂砂中硫含量、铁型温度、铸件表皮组织能谱分析三种因素对铁型覆砂球铁件表面组织的影响进行研究。使用相同批号的材料、天然气烧砂、电热烧砂两种不同的混砂方法进行覆膜砂的混制,分析覆膜砂中增硫的源头。研究了铁型在不同温度下,铸件相同位置产生皮下灰化的规律。通过对铸件表皮组织进行电镜扫描及能谱分析,确定产生表皮灰化的根源。
The influence of three factors(sulfur content in resin sand,mold temperature,and energy spectrum analysis of casting skin structure)on the surface structure of sand coated ductile iron castings was studied.Use the same batch number of materials and different sand mixing methods(natural gas burning sand and electric heating burning sand)to mix the coated sand,and analyze the source of sulfur increase in the coated sand.The rule of subcutaneous ashing of iron mold at the same position of casting at different temperatures was studied.Through scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis,the root cause of skin ashing was determined.
