摘要
非金属夹杂物来源、种类、形态各异,对钢材性能影响复杂,是提高钢材纯净度的主要阻力,夹杂物的脱除也是钢铁冶金行业研究的持续课题。基于此,针对钢铁材料中非金属夹杂物的来源、分类、检测手段以及对钢铁材料性能质量的影响进行系统分析,以期对提高钢材纯净度实践具有一定的指导作用。
The sources,types and forms of non-metallic inclusions are different,which have a complex impact on the properties of steel.It is the main resistance to improve the purity of steel.The removal of inclusions is also a continuous research topic in the iron and steel metallurgy industry.This paper systematically describes the sources,classification,detection means and impact on the properties and quality of iron and steel materials.It has a certain guiding role for on-site practice.
