摘要
随着铜矿峪矿二期工程向深部不断延伸,为了提高底部结构的稳定性,抬高拉底层,加大拉底层与聚矿沟的垂直距离,相应的槽井也随之加高。针对铜矿峪矿二期工程410中段主副层聚矿沟及拉槽槽井高度较高,采用普通法施工困难、劳动强度高、效率低、安全系数较低的现状,通过优化槽井施工时掏槽孔的布孔方式,改进操作平台的搭接方式等措施,提高工作效率及安全性。实践表明:槽井施工工艺优化后,凿岩效率由1.4 m/炮提高到1.62 m/炮,提高了15.7%;每循环操作平台井内准备时间由5 h降至3.5 h,下降了30.0%;凿岩爆破井内作业时间由5.5 h降至4.2 h,下降了23.6%。
