酸轧线自动倒车功能的设计与应用

摘要 酸轧产线长时间停机,在酸洗段产生停车斑缺陷,对成材率指标影响较大。为了消除这种缺陷,根据现场酸轧线工艺设备的布置,针对具体流程指令、网络构架、HMI人机接口控制方法进行了研究,通过控制逻辑操作,实现酸轧线酸洗自动倒车,减少了停车缺陷品的产生,提高成材率。 The acid rolling line is shut down for a long time,resulting in parking spot defects in the pickling section,resulting in a large number of belt products,which has a great impact on the indicators.In order to eliminate this defect,the automatic reverse function of the acid rolling line is designed.This paper studies the layout of the acid rolling line process equipment,studies the specific process instructions,network architecture,HMI human-machine interface control method,and designs an automatic reversing function of acid pickling in the acid rolling line,which reduces the production of parking defects and improves the yield.
