一种用于棒材生产控制的新型下活套改造与应用

摘要 轧钢厂棒材车间结合生产需求,充分利用轧间碎断剪区域空间,将碎断剪区域改造为轧件向下起套控制的下活套模式,并完善活套程序控制及导槽控制模式。该下活套的投入,既解决了原工艺使用9号活套有效距离短、起套难、套高不稳的问题,又能替代原6号活套,实现轧件出K3道次后第一时间进行轧间冷却,更快、更有效地抑制高温奥氏体晶粒的长大,为细化晶粒轧制、提升产品性能创造了有利条件,实现了合金减量化、降低生产成本的目标。 The bar workshop of the rolling mill makes full use of the space of the crushing shear area in the rolling mill to change the crushing shear area into the lower looper mode of rolling piece down sleeve control,and improve the looper program control and guide groove control mode in combination with the production demand.The input of this lower looper not only solves the problems of using No.9 looper in the original process due to its short effective distance,difficult lifting and unstable sleeve height,but also can replace the original No.6 looper to achieve inter rolling cooling at the first time after the K3 pass of the rolled piece,faster and more effectively inhibit the growth of high-temperature austenite grains,create favorable conditions for grain refining rolling,improve product performance,and achieve the purpose of alloy reduction and reduce production costs.
