摘要
为解决焦化厂原脱硫工艺所存在催化剂工艺方式导致其浓度不均匀和硫泡沫供应方式不合理最终导致脱硫效率不稳定的问题,对脱硫工艺流程进行改进;对改进后脱硫工艺流程中焦炉煤气参数、脱硫液工艺参数以及催化剂的优化选型进行重新设计,可指导实际生产中焦炉煤气的脱硫操作。
In order to solve the problem that the concentration of catalyst in the original desulfurization process of coking plant is uneven and the sulfur foam supply mode is unreasonable,which ultimately leads to unstable desulfurization efficiency,the desulfurization process flow is improved.The optimization and selection of coke oven gas parameters,desulfurization liquid parameters and catalysts in the improved desulfurization process flow are redesigned,which can guide the desulfurization operation of coke oven gas in actual production.
