龙湾矿业选矿厂工艺设备优化改造实践

摘要 针对龙湾矿业选矿厂设备严重老化、安全风险高、系统生产能力严重不匹配等问题。在原有基础上分析总结了现有选矿厂系统的问题。通过改造破碎设备、磨矿设备、分机设备、浮选设备、浓缩设备、脱水设备以及其他辅助设备,优化相应的工艺流程,建立与新设备新工艺相匹配的辅助设施,有效提高了选矿厂破碎和磨浮处理能力,提高了工作效率,将选矿厂的处理能力从1000 t/d提高到3000 t/d,创造了巨大的经济效益。研究成果可为类似矿山的安全生产提供参考和借鉴。 In view of the serious aging of equipment,high safety risk,and serious mismatch of system production capacity in Longwan Mining Concentrator.The problems of the existing concentrator system are analyzed and summarized on the original basis.Through the transformation of crushing equipment,grinding equipment,extension equipment,flotation equipment,concentration equipment,dehydration equipment and other auxiliary equipment,optimize the corresponding process flow,establish auxiliary facilities matching the new equipment and new process,effectively improve the crushing and grinding flotation treatment capacity of the concentrator,improve the working efficiency,increase the processing capacity of the concentrator from 1000 t/d to 3000 t/d,and create huge economic benefits.The research results can provide reference for the safety production of similar mines.
