双高线操作台集中控制技术改造研究

Research on the Technical Transformation of Centralized Control of Double High Speed Line Operation Platform

针对山西通才工贸有限公司轧材厂双高线原有控制系统存在的操作室分散、各子系统远程交流不畅、视频监控画面模糊等问题,提出一套改造方案。通过本方案,能够实现两个操作室之间数据的共享,便于操作员之间进行交流,以增强信息交互的时效性,为管理生产的融合和减员增效创造条件,为全线生产效率的提升和智能化生产模式的投入奠定基础。

In view of the problems existing in the original control system of the double high speed line of the rolling mill of Shanxi Tongcai Industry and Trade Co.,Ltd.,such as decentralized operation rooms,poor remote communication of each subsystem,and fuzzy video monitoring picture,a set of transformation scheme is proposed.Through this scheme,data sharing between the two operating rooms can be realized,which facilitates communication between operators,enhances the timeliness of information exchange,creates conditions for the integration of management and production and the efficiency increase of staff reduction,and lays a foundation for the improvement of production efficiency of the whole line and the investment of intelligent production mode.
