摘要
为解决矿井采区巷道或大巷受工作面回采动压影响后维护困难的问题,以和谐煤业15103综放工作面为工程地质背景,通过理论分析工作面超前支承压力分布特征,提出采用爆破切顶卸压的方式消除或减弱超前支承压力的传递路径,起到保护采区巷道的作用。结果表明:影响采区巷道稳定的关键是“大结构”下的关键岩层,即为切顶高度;采用直径为48 mm的O型聚能管,炮孔长度为33~81 m,线装药密度为1.0 kg/m;15号煤采区胶带巷两帮移近量89 mm,顶底板移近量110 mm。现场应用效果良好,提出的爆破切顶卸压对采区巷道起到保护作用,可为今后类似地质条件下的工程实施提供技术借鉴。
In order to solve the problem of difficult maintenance of the roadway or main roadway in the mining area after being affected by the mining dynamic pressure of the working face,taking the harmonious coal industry 15103 fully mechanized top coal caving working face as the engineering geological background,through theoretical analysis of the distribution characteristics of the leading abutment pressure of the working face,it is proposed to eliminate or weaken the transmission path of the leading abutment pressure by blasting roof cutting and pressure relief,which plays a role in protecting the roadway in the mining area.The results show that the key to affect the stability of the roadway in the mining area is the key rock stratum under the"big structure",that is,the cutting top height.O-shaped shaped charge tube with a diameter of 48 mm is used,with a blast hole length of 33~81 m and a linear charge density of 1.0 kg/m.The approach of the two sides of the belt roadway in the 15#coal mining area is 89 mm,and the approach of the roof and floor is 110 mm.The field application effect is good.The proposed blasting roof cutting and pressure relief can protect the roadway in the mining area,and provide technical reference for the engineering implementation under similar geological conditions in the future.
