摘要
通过对H13系列模具钢锻材工艺流程分析,发现各个工序存在的影响成材率的关键因素,重点从加热、锻造、退火、精整等关键环节,针对影响H13系列模具钢锻材综合成材率的因子确定了各种有效改进措施,使H13模具钢锻材综合成材率得到明显提升。
Through the analysis of H13 series die steel forging process flow,it is found that the key factors affecting the yield of H13 series die steel forgings exist in each process,focusing on the key links such as heating,forging,annealing and finishing,and various effective improvement measures are determined for the factors affecting the comprehensive yield of H13 series die steel forgings,so that the comprehensive yield of H13 die steel forgings has been significantly improved.
