高速卷绕机关键部件的动力学分析与减振研究 被引量:1

摘要 首先介绍了高速卷绕机的工作原理,然后对目前高速卷绕机关键部件横动导丝部件和卷绕部件的具体结构和优缺点进行了阐述,最后对当前先进的高速卷绕机的动力学特性进行了分析,认为高速卷绕头是一个变质量、变刚度、变转速的时频变激励复杂转子系统,最后提出了相应的减振方法以及新型材料的应用措施。 Firstly,this paper introduces the working mechanism of high-speed winding machine and describes the specific structure,advantages and disadvantages of the main key components of the high-speed winding machine,such as transverse guide wire components and winding components.Next,we analyzed the dynamic characteristics of the current advanced high-speed winding machine in detail.Then,it is concluded that the high-speed winding units is a complex rotor system with variable mass,stiffness and speed.Finally,the corresponding vibration reduction methods and the application measures of new materials are put forward.
