河南高校科技成果转化难题与破解路径

As the main body of innovation in China,colleges and universities are generally faced with the problem of low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements.The superposition of management system,pilot test maturity,supply and demand docking,patent quality,income allocation and other problems have jointly caused the difficult transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Henan universities.The developed countries have provided beneficial enlightenment for the transformation of scientific research achievements in Henan universities in terms of the deep integration of industry,education and research,the government’s high emphasis on support,the formulation of incentive laws and regulations,the high emphasis on applied research,and the establishment of a large number of technology transformation institutions.Henan can take effective measures from five aspects to solve the problem of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities:The first is to establish a professional management organization to solve the problem of coordination management,the second is to strengthen the construction of pilot base to solve the problem of technology maturation,the third is to foster intermediary service institutions to solve the problem of supply and demand docking,the fourth is to strengthen market demand orientation to solve the problem of low patent quality,the fifth is to improve the income distribution policy to solve the problem of interest incentive.
