摘要
本文首先阐述了交流操作接触器为什么需要控制变压器的原因,以及接触器交流电磁系统的吸合功耗、控制变压器的输出特性和配电电网电压波动。然后着重分析了影响控制变压器输出容量的因素。最后本文提出了基于控制变压器电压调整率和电压波动的选型方法,并给出量化的工程估算公式。
Firstly, this paper introduces why the controlling transformer is needed in the application of AC operated contactors, the pick up power of contactor AC electromagnetic system, the output performance of controlling transformer and the voltage fluctuation of distribution grid.Then this paper analyzes the factors which influence the output capacity of the controlling transformer mainly.Finally, based on the transformer voltage regulation factor and the voltage fluctuation, a quantitative engineering formula is given to determine the controlling transformer capacity.
