摘要
纸浆打包钢丝在港口码头进行吊装作业时发生了断裂。采用扫描电子显微镜SEM、能谱仪EDS和金相显微镜对钢丝断口进行了宏观、微观及化学元素等分析,并进行拉伸实验。结果表明:由于钢丝表面在使用或运输过程中与外界产生挤压、摩擦,导致钢丝表面受损,同时,钢丝吊装方式引起钢丝受力不均匀,导致钢丝断线。
The paper pulp packing steel wire was broken during the hoisting operation at the port wharf. The macro, micro and chemical elements of the steel wire fracture were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) and metallographic microscope, and the tensile test was carried out. The results show that the steel wire surface is damaged due to the extrusion and friction between the steel wire surface and the outside during use or transportation. At the same time, the lifting method of the steel wire causes uneven stress on the steel wire, leading to wire breakage.
