摘要
为了解MIG焊接工艺规范对6061铝合金组织性能的影响,通过试验研究了MIG焊接不同工艺参数对6061铝合金组织性能的影响情况,分析试验结果,并观察焊接接头的宏观形貌情况与金相组织情况。探讨基材厚度、不同坡口角度,断口形貌及焊接工艺规范对焊接接头强度的影响,以供6061铝合金MIG焊接参考。
In order to understand the influence of MIG welding process specification on the structure and properties of 6061 aluminum alloy,the influence of different MIG welding process parameters on the structure and properties of 6061 aluminum alloy was studied through experiments,the test results were analyzed,and the macro morphology and metallographic structure of welded joints were observed.The influence of base material thickness,different groove angles,fracture morphology and welding process specification on the strength of welded joints was discussed for the reference of 6061 aluminum alloy MIG welding.
