摘要 目前,我国正处于经济发展转型的关键时期,钢铁工业的发展促进了我国社会经济的不断进步,同时也对环境造成了较大的影响。根据相关数据统计,在我国能源消费当中,钢铁占据1/5。基于此,分析了高炉炼铁工艺节能减排技术的应用现状,对煤气干法布袋除尘技术、均压放散煤气回收技术和超级烧结技术的实际应用进行相关探讨研究,以期钢铁行业实现绿色、高质量发展。 At present,China is in a critical period of economic development and transformation.The development of iron and steel industry has promoted the continuous progress of China's social economy,and has also had a greater impact on the environment.According to relevant statistics,steel accounts for 1/5 of China's energy consumption.Based on this,the application status of energy-saving and emission reduction technology of blast furnace ironmaking process is analyzed,and the practical application of gas dry bag dedusting technology,pressure equalizing and releasing gas recovery technology and super sintering technology is discussed and studied,so as to realize green and high-quality development of steel industry.
