烧结机料面抽风气流均匀性仿真研究

摘要 针对烧结机料面抽风气流不均匀导致烧结成品率低、烧结矿质量差的问题,以某公司360 m2烧结机的其中5台烧结台车为研究对象,设计一种烧结机热风入口多孔板整流方案,采用仿真研究方法,对比分析采用整流方案前后台车料面抽风气流均匀性及抽风阻力变化。结果表明,采用多孔板整流方案后,抽风阻力仅增加0.21 kPa,台车料面抽风气流均匀性可提高60%,很大程度上改善料层烧结反应氧化气氛,从而有效提升烧结成品率、提高烧结矿质量。同时,为钢铁行业烧结成品率、烧结矿质量的提升以及烧结机产品优化设计提供了一种参考思路。 Aiming at the problems of low sintering yield and poor quality of sintered ore caused by uneven airflow on the sintering machine,taking 5 sintering trolleys of a company's 360 m2 sintering machine as the research object,two sintering machine hot air inlet rectification schemes are designed.The simulation method is used to compare and analyze the uniformity of the exhaust air flow and the change of the exhaust resistance before and after the rectifier scheme is adopted.The results show that after adopting the porous plate rectification scheme,the exhaust resistance only increases by 0.21 kPa,and the uniformity of the exhaust air flow on the trolley charge surface can be improved by 60%,which greatly improves the sintering reaction oxidation atmosphere of the charge bed,thus effectively improving the sintering yield and the sinter quality.At the same time,it also provides a reference for the iron and steel industry to improve the sinter yield,sinter quality and sinter machine product optimization design.
