摘要
研究了一种提高烧结矿RDI性能的方法,通过建立原材料中铁矿硬度、强度和纯度值与烧结矿的低温还原粉化指数RDI的函数关系,确定铁矿加入含量,通过调整石灰石含量调整原料碱度以及烧结温度。
A method to improve the RDI performance of sinter was studied.By establishing the functional relationship between the hardness,strength and purity of iron ore in raw materials and the low temperature reduction pulverization index RDI of sinter,the iron ore content was determined,and the raw material alkalinity and sintering temperature were adjusted by adjusting the limestone content.
