摘要
乳化液斑迹问题一直是困扰冷轧退火产品表面质量的瓶颈问题,此次研究的乳化液斑迹只出现在轧机低速轧制IF钢的过程中,且只出现在钢的上表面,针对此问题,从乳化液斑迹产生机理入手分析,说明乳化液斑迹形成机理,并通过改变中间辊辊缝的喷嘴吹扫角度,使乳化液斑迹问题得以解决。
Emulsion stain problem has always been a bottleneck problem in CAL and surface quality of the product,the emulsion patches described in this article only appeared in the rolling mill in the process of rolling of IF steel at low speed,and only appear on the surface,this article analyzed the emulsion stain mechanism.This problem is realized by changing the nozzle blowing angle of the middle roller gap.
