摘要
介绍赤铁矿法除铁炼锌系统中铁在焙烧过程中的反应,在中性浸出的水解共沉,在还原酸浸过程中的分解以及在电解、净化过程中的危害,根据各个阶段的性质提出相应的控制方法,以期对采用赤铁矿法炼锌的工业生产具有一定的指导意义。
This paper introduces the reaction of iron in the roasting process,the hydrolysis coprecipitation in the neutral leaching,the decomposition in the reducing acid leaching,and the harm in the electrolysis and purification process in the hematite iron removal and zinc smelting system,and puts forward corresponding control methods according to the properties of each stage.It has certain guiding significance for the industrial production of zinc smelting by hematite process.
