立式连铸全自动切割控制系统及控制方法设计

摘要 针对目前立式连铸切割机人工切割控制造成的板坯切缝断面不平整、介质损耗大、生产效率低的问题,以及操作工在切割过程中思想高度紧张、劳动强度大的弊端,设计了立式连铸切割机全自动切割控制系统及控制方法。实践表明,该控制系统及控制方法将操作工从紧张的工作中彻底解放了出来,同时极大地改善了板坯切缝断面质量,降低了介质损耗,提高了生产效率。 Aiming at the problems caused by the current manual cutting control of vertical continuous casting cutting machine,such as uneven slab cutting seam section,large medium consumption and low production efficiency,as well as the shortcomings of operators'high tension in thinking and high labor intensity during the cutting process,a full automatic cutting control system and control method for vertical continuous casting cutting machine are designed.Practice shows that the control system and control method completely liberate the operator from the tense work,at the same time,greatly improve the quality of slab cutting section,reduce the loss of medium,improve the production efficiency.
