基于ZTD-6型平面无线调车系统的钢铁企业铁路 运输优化研究

摘要 ZYD-6型平面无线调车整套系统的最大特点是针对目前钢铁企业调车推进作业中暴露出的安全问题采用了全新的调车推进作业安全控制系统,但在钢铁企业生产实际应用中存在着现场作业环境复杂、设备故障维修困难等问题。针对这些问题,对基于ZTD-6型平面无线调车系统的钢铁企业铁路运输进行优化研究,采取了减少平调系统信号盲区、进一步完善设备功能等措施,实现了企业铁路运输安全和效率的提高。 In view of the safety problems exposed in the shunting and pushing operation of steel enterprises at present,the biggest feature of the ZYD-6 plane wireless shunting system is the use of a new shunting and pushing operation safety control system.However,in the practical application of iron and steel enterprise production,there are some problems such as complex field operation environment and difficult maintenance of equipment failures.Through the optimization research on the railway transportation of iron and steel enterprises based on ZTD-6 plane wireless shunting system,measures such as reducing the signal blind area of the horizontal shunting system and further improving the equipment functions have been taken to improve the safety and efficiency of enterprise railway transportation.
